On May 31, 2008, alumni and guests of the Classes of 1958, 1968, 1978, 1983, 1988, and 1993 celebrated their reunions during Flintridge Prep’s Reunion Day.

Flintridge Prep's Class of 1958 celebrated their 50th Reunion at the Oakmont Country Club on May 30, 2008, then gathered again on May 31 on the Flintridge Prep campus for Prep's Reunion Day.

Flintridge Prep concluded its final day of regular classes on Friday, May 30, celebrating student and institutional achievement at the Upper School Awards Assembly.

Prep's anniversary gala was a grand success. Alumni and friends, past and present, enjoyed an evening of great food, entertainment, friends, and fun!

Flintridge Prep's 75th Anniversary Gala was held on May 17, 2008. Honored guests, alumni, friends and Prep families, past and present, enjoyed a dedication ceremony of Prep's new library, historical displays, campus tours, dinner, and dancing into the night.

For Flintridge Prep's 75th Anniversary Gala, held on May 17, 2008, alumni, friends and families enjoyed the library dedication, historical displays, campus tours, and a dinner & dance celebration that went into the night. 

Flintridge Prep’s middle school golf team posted a 6 stroke victory to capture the Prep League Tournament championship on May 7 at Altadena Golf Course.  

This past April Flintridge Prep celebrated National Poetry Month with lunchtime readings and a special live performance by Mrs. Kathleen Randolph portraying the life and work of Emily Dickinson. 

Guests enjoyed “An Evening of One-Acts” – three plays performed by seniors Natalie Karbelnig, Christina LaBarge, Henry Gammill, Amanda Ghattas, Taylor Haney, and Annie Vaughn, in Miller Theater on May 22 and 23.

Flintridge Prep had a great day at the California State Science Fair. Eight students qualified for the State competition, with Sarah Waliany '09 winning Project of the Year and a $10,000 prize.

On Friday, May 2, 2008, during Morning Meeting, Prep celebrated the achievements of students in language studies, Prep’s community service organizations, and two seniors who received appointments to United States military academies.

Prep’s softball team finished the regular season with a record of 13-8-1 and qualified for the C.I.F. Division V playoffs.
