- In person: Visit the campus reception desk, located in the main office.
- Contact the Admissions Office. (Be sure to provide your name, phone number and the address to which you would like the packet mailed.)

Testing
Flintridge Prep is part of a consortium of Pasadena-area independent schools that provides a common admissions testing program through the Educational Records Bureau (ERB). Students seeking admission to Pasadena Consortium schools must take the ERB Independent School Entrance Examination (ISEE test).
You may register for the ISEE test in one of four ways: by mail, by phone, by fax, or online. A mail-in ISEE registration form is provided in the ISEE Student Guide included with your Admissions Packet. If you downloaded the Admission Packet, you can also download the ISEE Student Guide, register for the ISEE test and get more information at www.iseetest.org. ISEE test sites and dates are provided on their website. Detailed information regarding the three-week preregistration deadline, walk-in registration, registration verification, and late registration is also provided in the ISEE Student Guide and online at www.iseetest.org.
When registering for the ISEE test, be sure to request that the scores be sent to Flintridge Preparatory School. Our school College Entrance Examination Board (CEEB) number is 052375.
Transcripts and Recommendations
The Admissions Packet includes a Request for Transcript form. Parents should complete this form and deliver it to the student’s current school at the end of the first semester/trimester. Make sure that Flintridge Prep receives the transcripts by the due date listed in the Application Process Checklist.
The Admissions Packet includes two Teacher Evaluation forms requesting recommendations from the applicant's current English and mathematics teachers. Parents should deliver the forms to the teachers and ask that they be completed and sent to Flintridge Prep at the end of the first semester/trimester. Make sure that Flintridge Prep receives the teacher recommendations by the due date listed in the Application Process Checklist.
If a student has one teacher for all subjects, have the second recommendation completed by the student's teacher from the prior year.
The Interview
Flintridge Prep's Admissions Office holds informal interviews with prospective students and their parents in January and February. Please be sure to complete and return the Student Interview Dates sheet with your application. The Admissions Office will contact you to confirm the date and time of the interview.
During the interview, parent(s) can ask questions about the school and/or share insights about their child.
See Frequently Asked Questions for more details about the interview process.
