Food service will take a new direction this fall and will be provided by Flintridge Prep Dining. Our mission is to provide fresh, healthy & balanced meals.

We are establishing a “Farm To School” program with Produce Services of Los Angeles (PSLA).  This will allow us to purchase most of our produce from local farmers and track the sources of our produce.  PSLA also makes it a priority to use local farmers whenever possible.

Fresh baked goods will be delivered daily from Goldstein's Bagels, located in La Cañada Flintridge, and La Brea Bakery. In addition to using local vendors to help reduce our carbon footprint, we will also be switching over to biodegradable disposable goods, such as corn cups, utensils, and food containers.  This will further our efforts to GO GREEN!

Bringing food services in-house offers us a number of valuable benefits!  It allows us to provide better food services campus-wide.  We have the flexibility to make changes based on student, parent and feedback.  The menu, the food and our services have all been created around your food needs.  We want you to be involved...YOUR OPINION COUNTS!

We are extending an opportunity to the Class of 2010 to create their own signature special, "The REBEL SPECIAL 2010", to be featured on the menu until the end the school year... more details to follow!

Our hours of operation will be 7:30am – 3:00pm, we will continue to offer cashless accounts with a declining balance card system that is integrated with the Flintridge Prep student ID card.
