Prep’s approach to the college search…

We see the process as an important part of the larger journey from childhood to adulthood, and we approach the search for the right colleges in this spirit. We are tremendously proud of our students’ willingness to look and apply broadly, with openness, in seeking the right match. We work closely with individual students and their families and enjoy watching students grow and mature as they progress through the high school years.

The College Counseling program culminates with Senior Celebration, during which each student announces the college he or she is attending, to the resounding applause of the audience of parents, siblings, and faculty. It is a fitting end to each student’s Flintridge Prep experience, honoring the achievement of each individual’s self-realization within the context of community.
