About Flintridge Prep

At Flintridge Prep we believe middle and high school should be a time of healthy, joyful growth.  

Flintridge Prep is a nationally recognized nonsectarian coed school for students in grades 7 through 12.

Located in the city of La Cañada Flintridge, CA, Prep enjoys the best of two worlds: a tree-covered suburban campus with easy access to Pasadena and all the greater Los Angeles area has to offer. The campus is very close to the Jet Propulsion Laboratory and the Rose Bowl and is an easy drive to Downtown LA.

Our Commitment to Employee Growth

We believe that collaboration and growth are essential to a robust learning community. Faculty and staff are encouraged to innovate and inspire—to challenge and engage with each other, and to open doors for students to do the same.

Employees undertake professional growth opportunities each year. Faculty and staff can apply for up to $5,000 in any given year and up to $7,500 over three years for professional growth funding, with additional funds available for projects that tie in with school initiatives.
