More Ways to Get to Know Flintridge Prep
Campus Tours
Each applicant family takes a student-led tour as part of their campus visit. Flintridge Prep does not offer tours to the general public.
Los Angeles Museum of Geography (LAMoG)
May 7, from 5 to 7 p.m.
Presented by the 7th grade history classes, students will bring to life the rich history of an iconic monument with an exhibit called “Great Wall of Los Angeles.”
The main exhibit tells the story of the city’s largest mural, which artist Judy Baca created in the 1970s with the help of teenagers from many different neighborhoods. A second exhibit, "City of Gold,” follows in the footsteps of the late food writer Jonathan Gold to explore the global cuisine of Los Angeles.
Parking is available in the upper parking lot on Crown Avenue with check-in at the Ahmanson Plaza gate.
Visual Arts
Join us for the Visual Arts Showcase on May 13 at 5-7 p.m.
The Visual Arts Department offers learning experiences in drawing, painting, printmaking, ceramics, photography, and video. When you visit campus, look for examples of student work throughout campus.
