It is with excitement and anticipation that we write today to announce the appointment of Jeanette Woo Chitjian as Flintridge Prep’s Director of Enrollment Management beginning July 1, 2022. Jeanette’s appointment concludes an extensive, national search conducted by Prep in partnership with The Baker Group, a leader in enrollment management consulting for independent schools.
Jeanette comes to Prep with years of wisdom, insight, and experience, having served as Marlborough’s Director of Enrollment Management and Community Engagement for the past 27 years.
In her time at Marlborough, Jeanette has provided forward-thinking, strategic vision to their enrollment management program. She has served on Marlborough’s Leadership Team, liaised with the Board of Trustees’ Equity, Enrollment, and Education Committee, advised the Parents’ Association, and served as a mentor to colleagues and an advisor to students, to name only some of her many contributions. In the professional community, Jeanette is a recognized leader who has leveraged her knowledge and expertise to encourage the development of independent school admissions colleagues here in Los Angeles and across the country. She is committed to promoting leadership within the field of education.
Most importantly, Jeanette enjoys the deep respect of colleagues, students, families, and alumni for her personal warmth, her collaborative spirit, and her commitment to creating an inclusive school community in which each and every person feels they are welcome, that they truly belong.
