Three Swimmers named Scholastic All-American
USA Swimming awarded three Flintridge Prep swimmers with Scholastic All-American honors. The award is given to swimmers in grades 9 to 12 who exemplify success both in thepool and in the classroom. Congratulations to Athan Boutakidis '24, Natalie Walklett '25, and Addie Gish '25 for this achievement.

Girls cross country competed last weekend in the Prep League finals at Pierce College. Theteam started out slow but fought back to challenge the other schools. The Wolves finished the race in fourth place, which qualifies them for the CIF prelims on Saturday, November 11 at Mt. San Antonio College.
Boys cross country ran in the Prep League final last Saturday at Pierce College. The whole team put up some great times and several runners finished in the top ten. Their performance in the race earned them the league championship! This qualifies them for the CIF prelims on Saturday, November 11 at Mt. San Antonio College. The football team played Chadwick Friday night for the Flintridge Prep Homecoming game. The Wolves fell behind early, trailing 7-20 at halftime, but they battled back, taking a 21-20 lead with only two minutes to go. Unfortunately, Chadwick drove the ball down the field and made a field goal to win the game with two seconds remaining on the clock. The Wolves will start their playoff run as the No. 3 ranked team in CIF this Friday at home vs. Cate High School at 6 p.m.
After winning the school’s first ever league title in their sport, the girls tennis team started their playoff run today, Wednesday November 1 at 3 p.m. vs. Dos Pueblos at Duarte High School. Once again, congratulations on the league championship!
The boys water polo team, after finishing second in the league, hosted Etiwanda in the first round of the CIF playoffs last night. The Wolves played hard, but unfortunately Etiwanda was able to cut their playoff run short. Congratulations on a great season!
