Flintridge Preparatory School is actively monitoring the COVID-19 outbreak and will send out regular correspondence to keep the community updated and informed. This webpage will also be regularly updated. Flintridge Prep will look to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), the California Department of Public Health, the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, and a consortium of local independent schools to make the most informed and appropriate decisions.

Congratulations to all the students on completing classes this year, under normal and not so normal conditions. A week from now, following course and remaining AP exams, your summer begins!
We're excited to announce that Prep will be hosting a virtual town hall meeting with Congressman Adam Schiff via Zoom on Tuesday, May 19 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Seniors who took AP Government this year will be submitting questions for Rep. Schiff and the event will be moderated by AP Government teacher Will Bellaimey. We hope you’ll join us on Tuesday for this exciting event! Students and parents are invited to watch on Zoom. We invite alumni to watch through our YouTube livestream.

Today, the Visual Arts Department’s Year End Exhibition debuted online and features student work from throughout the year. Anyone can access the exhibit through Padlet to see the incredible work that students created: https://padlet.com/rrodriguez139/w094p96wff6uo8xq.
Seniors, I’m looking forward to seeing you face to face—with social distancing, of course—tomorrow morning during our cap and gown distribution in our upper parking lot. Save room in your car for multiple treasures. All the logistics are in a message you received earlier today.
I’d also like to share a Walden Moment from your 7th grade dean.
Please enjoy the weekend.
